Notification

We will be moving our Harrisburg location starting on May 1st. Please note that any RMA received after 04/28/2026 will not be processed or picked up until after May 4thThis location will be closed on May 1st due to the move. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Operations will resume on May 4th.


Return Type

Please submit a separate RMA for each return type.

eCommerce returns must have a valid Ford RMA #. To get a Ford RMA # you must submit a separate RMA to Ford from your eCommerce console. Your RMA request will not be accepted if your Ford RMA # is not valid.


When you submit the RMA Request form you will receive an email conformation with all of the information that you entered. You will then receive a second email with a detail of the items that have been approved for return, an RMA #, and return instructions after your request has been reviewed.
