Paul MacHenry & Company
Welcome to Paul MacHenry & Company, a customer-service driven organization.
As one of the leading Motorcraft distributors in the country, we have provided original equipment parts to Ford and Lincoln Dealers, Jobbers, Fleets and other various automotive related companies since 1972. In 1996 we expanded our product offering, adding a full line of AC Delco parts. This enabled us to assist our customers in servicing their General Motors clients, as we have done for their Ford and Lincoln customers. In 2012, our company was selected by Ford Motor Company to be the sole Ford Authorized Accessory Distributor in the northeast region. This appointment expanded our territory from Maine to North Carolina. We have partnered with several distributors in these regions to provide our customers with the same customer service they have been accustomed to receiving.
In 1972, Paul Samuel MacHenry founded Paul MacHenry and Company in a small storefront in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia.
Five years later Paul’s son, Paul (Skip Sr.), joined the business to help with the sales and everyday operations. In 1982, due to increased growth and a larger inventory, the company was moved to Pennsauken, New Jersey. In a few short years, a larger facility was needed again. In 1989, Paul MacHenry and Company relocated to its current location in Moorestown, New Jersey. Since then, two other warehouse facilities were opened; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Bridgeville, Delaware.
We have been blessed with tremendous growth since the company’s inception in 1972. The growth we have experienced has a direct relation to the customer satisfaction provided by the members of the Paul MacHenry organization. Paul S. MacHenry’s philosophy of CUSTOMER SERVICE has been carried forward by three generations of MacHenry’s and their associates. This philosophy has fueled our growth throughout the last quarter of the 20th century and will carry us well into the 21st century.
Our goal is to provide each and every one of our valued customers with the products, price, and service needed to help them satisfy the needs of the consumer. As we continue to exceed our customer’s expectations of excellent customer service at every point of contact, our business, as well as our customer’s, will prosper.
